AI automation for medical practices. We automate prior authorization, claims and phone calls in your EHR.
We connect to the EHR you already use, with or without an API, and do the work inside it. See what prior authorization costs your practice in staff time.

We read from your EHR and write back to it: filing authorizations, posting payments and booking appointments.
- Any EHR or practice management system. There is no supported-systems list to check.
- API or not. Where there isn’t one, our tooling works through the same screens your staff use, at the same permission level.
- Cloud or on-premises, new or fifteen years old.
- Every write is logged. Anything outside your rules waits for a person.
Tell us your EHR on the first call, and we’ll tell you how we’d connect.
Prior authorization.
We prepare and submit prior authorizations and follow up until there is a decision. At one nine-provider gastroenterology practice, first-time denials fell from 17% to 9% and each coordinator got about three hours a day back. Prior authorization statistics show how many requests a physician handles and how often payers deny them.
-
Automatic submission through any channel
The agent builds the request from the chart, submits it by payer portal, fax, API or phone, and follows up until there is a decision.
-
AI follows payer rules
The agent checks each order against that payer’s requirements, so the right evidence goes in the first time and nothing is filed that doesn’t need to be. Read how to cut prior authorization denials.
-
Written back to your EHR
The agent records the approval number, dates and units against the order in your EHR, so your staff don’t re-key them.
Claims and payments.
We check claims and submit them through your clearinghouse, post payments the day they arrive, and work the denials. Paying a billing company a percentage instead? Price it against an in-house desk with an agent, or read how to make the switch.
-
Coding review and scrubbing
The agent checks codes and modifiers against the note and the payer’s rules, and checks each claim for errors before it goes to your clearinghouse.
-
Payment posting
The agent reads remittances and EOBs as they arrive, scanned paper included, posts each payment to the right encounter and flags underpayments.
-
Denials and appeals
The agent sorts denials by reason. Where the fix is clear it corrects and resubmits the claim; where it isn’t, it drafts the appeal for your staff. See how often claims are denied, and why.
Phone calls.
An AI voice agent answers every call, books appointments into your schedule and passes anything clinical to your staff. See what the calls you miss now are costing, or first read how to count the calls you miss. What no-shows cost, and what reduces no-shows. Before you sign with anyone, read what to ask any voice vendor about HIPAA.
-
Agent answers every call
The agent picks up in two rings, day or night, including when the front desk is busy. Missed call statistics show how many calls practices miss.
-
Booked into your EHR
The agent reads real availability and writes the appointment into your schedule, with the right provider and visit type.
-
New-patient intake
From a call or a web form, the agent builds a complete record: it captures the insurance, sends the forms and books the first visit.
How we handle your data.
-
BAA first
We sign a BAA with you before any build starts.
-
Hosted under a BAA
The agent reads and writes in your EHR. It runs on our Google Cloud under a BAA, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
Minimum access
Each automation has its own account, with only the access it needs.
-
Every action logged
The agent logs every submission, posting, call and record change for you to audit.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do you work with our EHR?
- Yes. We don’t depend on the vendor’s integrations, so there is no supported list. With an API we use it; without one the agent works through the same screens your staff do, under its own login, and every chart it touches is logged.
- Can it write to the chart, or only read from it?
- Both. The agent writes to the chart only within rules you set, logs every change, and leaves anything outside those rules for your staff.
- Does this replace our clearinghouse or billing software?
- No. We automate the work your team does in and around them.
- We use an outside billing company. Can you replace it?
- Usually, yes. The agent does the hours a billing company sells: eligibility checks, scrubbing, submission, status checks, payment posting and first-pass denial work. You keep one biller for judgment, appeals and patient calls. Our fee is fixed, not a percentage of collections. What a billing company costs shows what the percentage comes to in dollars. The billing company cost calculator compares the two for your claim volume, and our guide to replacing a billing company covers the contract, the tail claims and the 90-day transition.
- Who is accountable for what the agent submits?
- Your practice. The agent submits nothing outside the rules you approve, your staff review coding changes and appeals first, and the agent makes no clinical decisions.
- How is it priced?
- Each automation is quoted as one fixed price after the first call, before anything is built. What moves it: how many payers and channels a prior authorization has to go through, whether your EHR has an API or we work through its screens, and how many locations the phones cover. No hourly billing and no retainer. If the first automation misses the scope we agreed, you don’t pay for it.
- How fast can we start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. A voice agent or eligibility checks are live in days; prior authorization and billing take two to four weeks.

A 30-minute call with Jeff. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth automating and how we’d connect to your EHR. Each automation is quoted as one fixed price, and if the first misses the scope we agree, you don’t pay for it.
