AI automation for accounting firms and finance teams. We automate the month-end close, bills, invoices and phone calls in your accounting system.
We connect to the accounting system you already use, with or without an API, and do the work inside it. See what your month-end close costs in staff time.

We read from your accounting system and write back to it: coding transactions, matching bills and drafting entries for your review.
- Any accounting, payroll or practice system, and the spreadsheets around them. There is no supported-systems list to check.
- API or not. Where there isn’t one, our tooling works through the same screens your team uses, at the same permission level.
- Cloud or desktop, new or fifteen years old.
- Every write is logged. Nothing posts to the ledger outside your rules without a person.
Tell us what you run on the first call, and we’ll tell you how we’d connect.
Month-end close.
We code and match bank transactions, prepare reconciliations and build the reporting pack. APQC’s benchmark across 10,201 organizations puts the median close at six calendar days and the slowest at ten, and 94% of finance teams use Excel in their month-end close. More figures are in our month-end close statistics. What the close costs in staff time, and how to shorten the close.
-
Coding and reconciliation
The agent codes bank lines, receipts and card transactions to your chart of accounts and matches them to the ledger. You review only the exceptions.
-
Month-end close
The agent prepares reconciliations, drafts accruals and prepayments and works through the close checklist, with each step waiting for your sign-off.
-
Reporting packs
The agent builds management reports from the ledger on schedule and checks every figure against its source, so you can trace each one back.
Payables and receivables.
We match bills and queue them for approval, send invoices on time and follow up on overdue ones. What processing an invoice costs, and what late-paying customers cost.
-
Bills matched and approved
The agent reads supplier invoices, matches them to the purchase order and receipt, codes them, routes them for approval and flags the exceptions. Accounts payable statistics show what an invoice costs to process.
-
Payment runs prepared
The agent batches approved bills by due date and builds the run for one person to release. Nothing is paid until that person releases it.
-
Invoices sent and chased
The agent raises customer invoices from the work, sends them with a payment link and follows up by email until they are paid, logging every promise to pay. Read how to get paid sooner.
Phone calls.
An AI voice agent answers client and vendor calls using your own data, so your team can keep working.
-
Agent answers every call
The agent picks up in two rings and answers questions about invoice status, payment dates and documents from your own data. It passes anything sensitive to a person.
-
Client documents chased
The agent requests documents by email, text or phone, checks and files what comes back, and follows up on missing items until the list is complete.
-
Every call logged
After each call the agent writes what was asked and what was agreed to the client’s account, with a short summary for your team.
How we handle your data.
-
Numbers checked every run
The agent checks every figure against the source system before anyone sees it.
-
Where your data lives
The agent reads and writes ledger, client and banking data in your systems. It runs on our Google Cloud, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
A person posts and pays
Nothing posts to the ledger or leaves the bank account without a person’s release.
-
Every action logged
The agent logs every entry, match, payment and report for you to audit.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do you work with our accounting system?
- Yes. Your accounting system, the bank and card feeds, the close checklist and the reconciliation workbooks. With an API we use it. Without one, the agent works through the same screens your team uses, under its own login, and every entry it posts is logged.
- Will anything post to the ledger without review?
- Not unless you decide it should. By default the agent prepares every entry for a person to approve, and payments always wait for a release.
- Can the voice agent discuss a client’s account?
- Only what you’ve approved it to say, and only after it verifies the caller the way you specify. It passes everything else to a person.
- Who is responsible for the numbers?
- You are. The agent checks every figure against the source system before anyone sees it, and attaches the evidence to every entry.
- How is it priced?
- Each automation is quoted as one fixed price after the first call, before anything is built. What moves it: how many entities and bank accounts the close covers, how many bills arrive as PDFs rather than data, and whether your accounting system has an API or we work through its screens. No hourly billing and no retainer. If the first automation misses the scope we agreed, you don’t pay for it.
- How fast can we start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. A voice agent is often live in days; the close, payables and collections take two to four weeks.
Tell us which accounting system you use and what you want to automate.
A 30-minute call with Jeff. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth automating and how we’d connect to your accounting system. Each automation is quoted as one fixed price, and if the first misses the scope we agree, you don’t pay for it.
