JRW / Industries / Field Operations
AI automation for field service and trades businesses. We automate phone calls, scheduling and paperwork in your dispatch system.
We connect to the dispatch or field-service system you already use, with or without an API, and do the work inside it. See what the calls you miss while on a job are costing.

We read from your dispatch system and write back to it: booking jobs, changing the schedule and drafting invoices.
- Any dispatch, scheduling, field-service or accounting system, and the spreadsheets beside them. There is no supported-systems list to check.
- API or not. Where there isn’t one, our tooling works through the same screens your office uses, at the same permission level.
- Cloud or desktop, new or fifteen years old.
- Every write is logged. Anything outside your rules waits for a person.
Tell us what you run on the first call, and we’ll tell you how we’d connect.
Phone calls and booking.
An AI voice agent answers every call while your crew is on site and books the job into your schedule. CallRail’s 1.1 million tracked leads put home services at 14% missed, and AnswerConnect’s logs put 47% of business calls outside working hours. What the missed ones cost, and what it costs to answer the phone. To count your own, run a two-week missed-call audit.
-
Agent answers every call
The agent picks up in two rings, day or night, takes the job request and books it into your scheduling system with the right crew and time slot.
-
Reminders, ETAs and reschedules
The agent sends appointment reminders and on-the-way texts on your schedule, and puts any reschedule back on the board.
-
Emergencies routed
The agent puts an emergency through to the on-call person at once, with the address and details gathered, and summarizes every call on the customer record.
Scheduling and parts.
We send schedule changes to your crews’ phones, check tomorrow’s parts the night before and follow up on every estimate. An HVAC repair averaged $1,205 in 2025 in Housecall Pro’s platform data, which is what an estimate left without a follow-up can be worth.
-
Schedule kept current
The agent puts changes, cancellations and overruns on the board and sends them to the crews’ phones, and tells the next customer if their time moves.
-
Parts checked the night before
The agent checks tomorrow’s jobs against stock on the truck and in the shop, and orders or flags missing parts.
-
Estimates followed up
The agent follows up on every open estimate by text, email or call on your schedule until the customer says yes or no, and books each yes.
Reports and invoices.
We turn the day’s notes and photos into reports and invoices, and follow up until each invoice is paid. What late-paying customers cost, and how to get invoices paid sooner.
-
Site notes into reports and invoices
The agent turns the job’s notes and photos into the report and the invoice, in your templates, ready for review the day the job closes.
-
Invoices sent and chased
The agent sends the invoice with a payment link when the job closes, and follows up until it is paid.
-
Renewals and reviews
The agent renews maintenance plans before they lapse and sends a review request after each job.
How we handle your data.
-
Minimum access
Each automation has its own account, with only the access it needs.
-
Where your data lives
The agent reads and writes customer, job and pricing data in your systems. It runs on our Google Cloud, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
A person approves prices
No estimate, price or invoice goes to a customer until someone has signed it off.
-
Every action logged
The agent logs every booking, update and document so you can trace it.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do you work with our dispatch system?
- Yes. Your dispatch or field service software, the scheduling board, the invoicing tool and the phone system. With an API we use it. Without one, the agent works through the same screens your office uses, under its own login, and every job it touches is logged.
- Can it write to the schedule, or only read from it?
- Both. The agent writes to the schedule only within rules you set, logs every change, and leaves anything outside those rules for your office.
- Can the voice agent quote a job?
- Only prices you’ve published or approved in advance. For anything else it books an estimate visit.
- Our crews aren’t technical. Will they use it?
- They already use the phone. The agent sends schedule changes there, and the paperwork gets shorter.
- How is it priced?
- Each automation is quoted as one fixed price after the first call, before anything is built. What moves it: how many trucks and crews the schedule covers, whether booking needs pricing on the call, and whether your dispatch software has an API or we work through its screens. No hourly billing and no retainer. If the first automation misses the scope we agreed, you don’t pay for it.
- How fast can we start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. A voice agent is often live in days; scheduling and paperwork take two to four weeks.
Tell us which dispatch system you use and what you want to automate.
A 30-minute call with Jeff. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth automating and how we’d connect to your dispatch system. Each automation is quoted as one fixed price, and if the first misses the scope we agree, you don’t pay for it.
