Privacy.
This site is run by JRW, an AI automation agency founded by Jeff Weinberg in New York City. This page describes what the website collects, which is almost nothing, and how we handle the data inside the automations we build. Last updated 22 October 2026.
This website.
-
No accounts, forms or cookies
The site has no sign-in, no contact form and sets no cookies. We run no advertising scripts.
-
Fonts and booking
This site serves its own fonts. The "Book a call" link opens Google Calendar appointment scheduling, where Google's privacy policy applies.
-
Hosting logs and page counts
The host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a limited period to run and secure the site. It also counts page views, the referring site, the country and device type, and a few actions, such as clicks on “Book a call” and use of the calculators, through Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. We use those counts to see which pages people read and use, and never to identify a visitor.
Data inside the automations we build.
Client work is governed by the agreement for that engagement. The commitments below apply to every build.
-
Agreements first
We sign a confidentiality and data processing agreement, and a BAA where health information is involved, before any build starts.
-
Where client data lives
Our automations read and write records in the client’s systems. They run on our Google Cloud under a BAA, or in the client’s own Google Cloud account if the client prefers. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
Minimum access
Each automation has its own account, with only the access it needs, and can be switched off by your staff at any time.
-
Every action logged
Each automation logs every call, submission, posting and record change for you to audit.
