About JRW.

JRW Technology Consulting builds AI agents that do the manual work inside a business’s own software. They answer the phones, move paperwork between systems and keep records in step. We work with medical practices, law firms, manufacturers, freight brokers, finance teams and field service companies across the United States, from New York City.

    We map one workflow

    We sit with the people who do the work and write down the steps, the systems it touches and the exceptions.

    We quote a fixed price

    One workflow, one price, agreed before we build. If the first automation misses the scope we agree, you don’t pay for it.

    We build it into your software

    The agent works in the systems your team already uses. With an API we use it. Without one, the agent works through the same screens your staff do.

    We support it under an SLA

    We agree support hours and response times with you in a service level agreement before the work starts.

You own what we build.

The code we write for you is yours. So are the workflows we design with your team: the steps, the rules the agent follows and the exceptions it hands to a person.

We host the agents on our Google Cloud under a business associate agreement, and they connect to your systems from there. If you prefer, we run them in your own Google Cloud account instead. If you later want to run them yourselves, the code and the workflows go with you.

How we handle your data.

The agreement for each engagement governs the work. These commitments apply to all of it. Our privacy page has the detail.

  • BAA before the build

    We sign a business associate agreement before any work with health information starts, and a confidentiality agreement for everything else.

  • US-based people

    We bring in partners and contractors when a project needs them. They are based in the United States and work under the same BAA.

  • Hosted on Google Cloud

    The agents run on our Google Cloud under a business associate agreement, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer.

  • Logged, never used for training

    The agent logs what it reads and what it changes. Nothing from your systems is used to train a model.

Jeff Weinberg founded JRW. He has more than 20 years in software engineering and more than 10 years managing engineering teams. He led development of trading software for US Treasuries that handled more than $30 billion in transactions a day.

Who works on our project?

Who owns the code?
You do. The code we write for you and the workflows we design with your team are yours.
Where do the agents run?
On our Google Cloud, under a business associate agreement, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. We decide it with you per project. Either way the agents connect to your systems and log what they do.
What support do we get?
The support hours and response times we agree in a service level agreement. We negotiate it with you before the work starts.
