JRW / Industries / Logistics
AI automation for freight brokers, carriers and warehouses. We automate check calls, load entry and paperwork in your TMS or WMS.
We connect to the TMS or WMS you already use, with or without an API, and do the work inside it. See what driver check calls cost your desk.

We read from your TMS or WMS and write back to it: building loads, updating ETAs and filing proofs of delivery.
- Any TMS, WMS or load board, and the spreadsheets beside them. There is no supported-systems list to check.
- API or not. Where there isn’t one, our tooling works through the same screens your dispatchers use, at the same permission level.
- Cloud or on a server in the office, new or fifteen years old.
- Every write is logged. Anything outside your rules waits for a person.
Tell us what you run on the first call, and we’ll tell you how we’d connect.
Phone calls and check calls.
An AI voice agent answers every status call in two rings and looks up the shipment, so dispatch can stay on the board. What the calls cost your desk.
-
Agent answers status calls
The agent answers shipment status and ETA questions from your own data, around the clock. It passes anything unusual to a dispatcher with the details gathered.
-
Pickup requests into the TMS
The agent takes pickup and delivery requests on the call, creates them in your system for review and sends the caller a confirmation.
-
Check calls made
The agent calls drivers and carriers for location and ETA, updates the load, and flags anything running late before the customer asks. Read what check calls cost and how to make fewer.
Quotes and loads.
We turn quote requests into quotes and tenders into loads, and book appointments, with no retyping.
-
Quotes drafted from requests
The agent picks quote requests out of the inbox, reads the lane, equipment and dates, and drafts a quote from your rates for approval.
-
Loads into the TMS
The agent reads tenders and rate confirmations from email or PDF, builds them as loads in your TMS and checks the rate against the quote, so your team doesn’t retype them.
-
Appointments booked
The agent books and reschedules pickup and delivery appointments by phone, email or portal, and updates the board and the driver.
Documents and carrier invoices.
We read, match and file the paperwork, and check every carrier invoice against the agreed rate.
-
BOLs and PODs filed
The agent reads bills of lading and proofs of delivery, matches them to the load and files them. It follows up on missing ones until they arrive.
-
Carrier invoices checked
The agent matches each carrier invoice against the agreed rate and the delivered load, accessorials included, and queues mismatches for review. See what processing an invoice costs.
-
Customers invoiced on delivery
The agent sends the customer invoice with the proof of delivery attached the day delivery is confirmed, and follows up until it is paid.
How we handle your data.
-
Minimum access
Each automation has its own account, with only the access it needs.
-
Where your data lives
The agent reads and writes shipment, customer, carrier and rate data in your systems. It runs on our Google Cloud, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
A dispatcher approves rates
No rate goes to a customer or a carrier until a person has signed it off.
-
Every action logged
The agent logs every call, update and document so you can trace it.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do you work with our TMS?
- Yes. TMS, load boards, carrier portals and the spreadsheets your dispatchers keep on the side. With an API we use it. Without one, the agent works through the same screens your dispatchers use, under its own login, and every load it touches is logged.
- Can it write to the TMS, or only read from it?
- Both. The agent writes to the TMS only within rules you set, logs every change, and leaves anything outside those rules for a dispatcher.
- Can the voice agent quote a rate?
- Only a rate you’ve published or approved in advance. It passes anything that needs judgment to a person, with the details gathered.
- Who is responsible for what it tells a customer?
- You are. The agent answers only from your own records, says it is automated, and hands anything it can’t answer from the record to a dispatcher.
- How is it priced?
- Each automation is quoted as one fixed price after the first call, before anything is built. What moves it: how many carriers share tracking, how many load sources feed the TMS, and whether the TMS has an API or we work through its screens. No hourly billing and no retainer. If the first automation misses the scope we agreed, you don’t pay for it.
- How fast can we start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. A voice agent is often live in days; loads, documents and invoice checks take two to four weeks.
Tell us which TMS you use and what you want to automate.
A 30-minute call with Jeff. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth automating and how we’d connect to your TMS. Each automation is quoted as one fixed price, and if the first misses the scope we agree, you don’t pay for it.
