JRW / Industries / Manufacturing
AI automation for job shops and fabricators. We automate quoting, order entry and phone calls in your ERP.
We connect to the ERP or MRP your shop already uses, with or without an API, and do the work inside it. See what slow quotes cost your shop.

We read from your ERP and write back to it: entering orders, updating delivery dates and filing certs against the job.
- Any ERP, MRP or quoting system, and the spreadsheets beside them. There is no supported-systems list to check.
- API or not. Where there isn’t one, our tooling works through the same screens your office uses, at the same permission level.
- Cloud or on the server in the back office, new or fifteen years old.
- Every write is logged. Anything outside your rules waits for a person.
Tell us what you run on the first call, and we’ll tell you how we’d connect.
Quotes and orders.
We turn RFQs into draft quotes and customer POs into orders, with no retyping. One shop’s study of 1,794 RFQs found more than half its winning bids came within three days of quoting, and 67% of buyers expect a quote within 24 hours. What slow quotes cost, and quote turnaround statistics for job shops.
-
Quotes drafted from RFQs
The agent picks RFQs out of the inbox, reads the drawings and quantities, and prices a quote from your rules and history. You approve it before it goes. Read about the three delays in a job-shop quote.
-
Orders into the ERP
The agent reads customer POs from email or PDF, checks them against the quote, enters them in the ERP and sends the acknowledgement. It flags a mismatch in price or quantity instead of entering it.
-
Shipped with the paperwork
The agent matches material certs to the job and assembles the certificate of conformance, packing slip and invoice for each shipment.
Purchasing and stock.
We follow up with late suppliers, catch shortages before they stop a job and prepare the numbers for the morning meeting.
-
Suppliers chased
The agent tracks open purchase orders, follows up on late deliveries by email and phone, and writes the new date back to the job. If the ship date moves, it tells the customer.
-
Stock checked against orders
The agent checks counts against open orders and receipts, and flags a shortage or drafts a purchase order before it stops a job.
-
Daily production report
The agent pulls output, downtime and scrap from the floor data and the spreadsheets and summarizes them for the morning meeting, with every figure traceable.
Phone calls.
An AI voice agent answers every call in two rings and looks up the job. Nearly half of calls to US businesses arrive outside Monday-to-Friday hours in AnswerConnect’s 2026 call logs.
-
Agent answers every call
The agent picks up in two rings, day or night, and answers order status and lead-time questions from your own data. It says it is automated.
-
Repeat orders taken
The agent takes repeat orders and RFQ details on the call, creates them in your ERP for review and sends the caller a confirmation.
-
Urgent calls routed
The agent puts a line-down call or a quality complaint through to the right person at once, with the details gathered, and summarizes every call on the customer record.
How we handle your data.
-
Minimum access
Each automation has its own account, with only the access it needs.
-
Where your data lives
The agent reads and writes customer, supplier, drawing and pricing data in your systems. It runs on our Google Cloud, or in your own Google Cloud account if you prefer. Nothing is used to train a model.
-
A person approves prices
No quote or acknowledgement goes to a customer until someone has signed it off.
-
Every action logged
The agent logs every order, entry and change so you can trace it.
Frequently asked questions.
- Our ERP is old and has no API. Is that a problem?
- No. We don’t depend on the vendor’s integrations, so there is no supported list. With an API we use it; without one we work through the same screens your office staff do, and we check what it enters.
- Can it write to the ERP, or only read from it?
- Both. The agent writes to the ERP only within rules you set, logs every change, and leaves anything outside those rules for your office.
- Can it price quotes?
- It drafts a quote from your pricing rules and history for a person to approve. It never sends a price you haven’t signed off.
- Who is responsible for what it enters?
- Your shop. The agent checks every order, quote and date change against the source document, logs it, and holds it for a person where it doesn’t match.
- How is it priced?
- Each automation is quoted as one fixed price after the first call, before anything is built. What moves it: how structured your RFQs are, how many routings and materials the estimate draws on, and whether your ERP has an API or we work through its screens. No hourly billing and no retainer. If the first automation misses the scope we agreed, you don’t pay for it.
- How fast can we start?
- Usually within a week of the first call. A voice agent is often live in days; quotes, orders and purchasing take two to four weeks.
